The Clearing is the first circle and the intention is to assist you in the process of  letting go of what does not serve you anymore, emotionally, physically and spiritually. It will help you clear any stagnant energy in your body and energy field. This way you create space for what is new and awaiting for you.

• Transpersonal Therapy practices (Meditation, visualisation, practices to connect with your  inner world to find out your answers , your beliefs, automatic writting, drawing, or craft, etc)
• Natural and intuitive workshop - exprress yourself using your senses and intuition through natural elements (herbs, essesntial oils, plants, etc) and create a unique and tailored gift for yourself. Each circle will be a different gift depending on the theme (Eg: smudge, personal oil blend, potion, herbal soap, body oil, bath salt, etc)
