POSTPONED - A Path Back to Self: Clearing, Embrace, Nourish and Shine On

A Path back to self is a series of four circles intended to guide, help and support you in the journey back to Self. It will be a small circle of maximum six women willing to go deeper, reconnect, and return to the the natural flow of life. One circle is independent of the other, but is designed as a path.

Embrace is the Second circle of the series and the intention is to help you to embrace all parts of you, accept you as a whole and unique human being specially designed to be here.

Recognise and feel the emotions,  embracing it all, the light and the shadow, raw and ripe, open and closed, old and new, happy and sad, up and down, high and low. How can  we find harmony and balance in this process?

Feel supported and held in your own journey of discovery and acceptance of who you really are.

What to expect:

• Welcome with cerimonial Cacao to warm up with body and soul
• Meditation
• Transpersonal Therapy practices (Meditation, visualisation, practices to connect with your  inner world to find out your answers , your beliefs, automatic writting, drawing, or craft, etc)
• Natural and intuitive workshop - express yourself using your senses and intuition through natural elements (herbs, essential oils, plants, etc) and create a unique and tailored gift for yourself. Each circle will be a different gift depending on the theme (Eg: smudge, personal oil blend, potion, herbal soap, body oil, bath salt, etc)
