Embrace is the Second circle of the series and the intention is to help you to embrace all parts of you, accept you as a whole and unique human being specially designed to be here. Recognise and feel the emotions, embracing it all, the light and the shadow, raw and ripe, open and closed, old and new, happy and sad, up and down, high and low. How can we find harmony and balance in this process? Feel supported and held in your own journey of discovery and acceptance of who you really are.
